As the successful candidate, you will ensure efficient finance operations across the assigned hotels. Your role encompasses maintaining effective controls, upholding high reporting standards, and collaborating with General Managers and non-finance departments to provide valuable insights.
In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Business Partner and Regional Financial Controller to analyse costs, benchmark them against industry standards, and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency. Your financial acumen will contribute to the organisation's goals and future trends.
This individual will collaborate with General Managers and operational teams to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and set challenging yet attainable profitability targets. Your role will involve promoting improvements and articulating the commercial implications of decisions.
To succeed, you should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset. You will review EBITDAR forecasts, ensure accurate payroll, and conduct revenue and payroll testing for accounting accuracy.
