This is a brilliant opportunity for a Financial Controller to join a great well-established team in a fantastic business. Working closely with the Finance Director and senior management team this role will be pivotal in delivering improved reporting and financial understanding throughout the business to support profitable growth. The role offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to develop and lead a first-class finance function.
Your new role as Financial controller:
Your duties will include:
Produce quality and timely financial and group reports, management information & insightful commentary and present to SMT
Manage budget & monthly rolling forecast activities
Treasury management - cash collection, forecasting & FX management
Manage the external audit, statutory accounts production & all VAT/tax returns
Support operational management with financial analysis & understanding and project appraisals
Mentor and manage the experienced finance team
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
The successful Candidate shall be/have:
ACA / ACCA/CIMA Qualified
3+ years PQE
Driven & ambitious individual who will thrive in a swiftly moving, ever-changing environment
Management experience including personnel and team development

As Financial Controller, you shall receive
A salary of up to £63,000 per annum depending on experience
Holidays 25 days plus bank
Pension contribution of 10%, life assurance, private medical and other benefits
