- Owning, co-ordinating and operating a variety of control oversight activities
- Gathering, monitoring, and analysing control data to form recommendations
- Researching, transforming and improving on existing practices
- Supporting the Control Managers in responding to attestations and due diligence requirements
- Identifying, assessing, prioritising, and managing risks with guidance
- Providing consultancy and clarification on existing procedures, processes, and precedents
- Working closely with key stakeholders to support and guide them through developmental initiatives
- Prioritising, monitoring and managing team workflow
- Actively participating in prescribed Learning and Development plans to maintain and build expertise
- Being an integral part of a collaborative and innovative oversight and attestations team.
- An effective communicator
- Strong Analyst experience
- Good interpersonal skills, able to engage with SMEs at various levels across different business lines
- The ability to pro-actively manage your priorities and time. #LI-KP1
