Job description
Salary: £25,409 to £27,852 per annum.
Location: Chichester with hybrid working options.
Contract: Permanent.
Working pattern: Full-time, 37 hours per week.
Employer Pension Contribution: 20.70%
Annual leave: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays = 33 days.
Interviews: 17th and 18th October 2023.
As a Contracts Monitoring Assistant you will work as part of a team, and in partnership with other organisations. Your main goal is to ensure that the customer will be at the heart of everything you do. You will provide verbal and written responses to customer questions and investigate complaints about the service.
You will also regularly carry out site audits to ensure that contractors are meeting their obligations whilst also meeting legislative and contractual requirements.
What we need from you:
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to organise/prioritise work.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Sound problem solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and diagnose business solutions.
- Ability to advise on business processes outside of defined rules and uses initiative to find solutions to business issues.
- Previous and demonstrable experience in either a contract monitoring or an auditing role.
- Relevant theoretical or organisational knowledge of systems, procedures and policies in an appropriate specialism.
- Experience of working in a Customer Care discipline.
- Experience of dealing with the public and providing excellent customer service.
