Senior Pre-Contracts Manager
Salary up to £100,000 plus bonus and benefits

Responsibilities:
As Senior Pre-Contracts Manager and Pitch Executive, you will manage all aspects of technical evaluation, costings, financial negotiation and contract agreements, in close liaison with the Project Director and Design Director.
  • Pricing, cost evaluations, analysis and management of suppliers and materials.
  • Ensure design feasibility relates to budget parameters.
  • Managing and negotiating all subcontractor and product supplier costs and contracts.
  • Ensure all contracts are detailed, accurate and in order.
  • Acting as the commercial and financial leadership of the senior pitch team.
  • Deliver clear and concise technical information in terms clients understand.

Requirements:
  • Financially astute and experienced with interior fit-out project tenders, contracts and commercials
  • Experience as a Pre-Contracts Manager, Pre-Construction Manager, Commercial Manager, Estimator or similar
  • Strong client negotiation/presentation skills
  • Excellent financial management experience in fit-out projects
  • Knowledge of, and contacts with, subcontract labour and materials suppliers
  • Excellent attention to detail regarding terms from suppliers and the final contract
  • Genuine team player, able to work accurately under pressure
  • Well-developed leadership, management, communication and prioritisation skills
