Senior Pre-Contracts Manager
Salary up to £100,000 plus bonus and benefits

Responsibilities:
As Senior Pre-Contracts Manager and Pitch Executive, you will manage all aspects of technical evaluation, costings, financial negotiation and contract agreements, in close liaison with the Project Director and Design Director.

Pricing, cost evaluations, analysis and management of suppliers and materials.
Ensure design feasibility relates to budget parameters.
Managing and negotiating all subcontractor and product supplier costs and contracts.
Ensure all contracts are detailed, accurate and in order.
Acting as the commercial and financial leadership of the senior pitch team.
Deliver clear and concise technical information in terms clients understand.

Requirements:

Financially astute and experienced with interior fit-out project tenders, contracts and commercials
Experience as a Pre-Contracts Manager, Pre-Construction Manager, Commercial Manager, Estimator or similar
Strong client negotiation/presentation skills
Excellent financial management experience in fit-out projects
Knowledge of, and contacts with, subcontract labour and materials suppliers
Excellent attention to detail regarding terms from suppliers and the final contract
Genuine team player, able to work accurately under pressure
Well-developed leadership, management, communication and prioritisation skills
