As Senior Pre-Contracts Manager and Pitch Executive, you will manage all aspects of technical evaluation, costings, financial negotiation and contract agreements, in close liaison with the Project Director and Design Director.
- Pricing, cost evaluations, analysis and management of suppliers and materials.
- Ensure design feasibility relates to budget parameters.
- Managing and negotiating all subcontractor and product supplier costs and contracts.
- Ensure all contracts are detailed, accurate and in order.
- Acting as the commercial and financial leadership of the senior pitch team.
- Deliver clear and concise technical information in terms clients understand.
Requirements:
- Financially astute and experienced with interior fit-out project tenders, contracts and commercials
- Experience as a Pre-Contracts Manager, Pre-Construction Manager, Commercial Manager, Estimator or similar
- Strong client negotiation/presentation skills
- Excellent financial management experience in fit-out projects
- Knowledge of, and contacts with, subcontract labour and materials suppliers
- Excellent attention to detail regarding terms from suppliers and the final contract
- Genuine team player, able to work accurately under pressure
- Well-developed leadership, management, communication and prioritisation skills
