SALARY: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Package

About Our Client:
They are an established Main Contractor who deliver property services such as roofing repairs, void refurbishment, social housing upgrades including kitchens and bathrooms and more. They have been trading over 50 years with a reputation built on delivering as promised. The company are partnered on multiple frameworks and have a very strong pipeline of work, typically in the South East.
The Role:
A Contracts Manager is required by a leading Planned Maintenance provider to overlook some of the social housing upgrade projects in the Home Counties. The office is based in Essex so should be considered your core base with projects being in the Northern Home Counties. Projects can vary from kitchen and bathroom replacements to concrete repairs and EWI upgrades. You will overlook multiple sites and have Site Managers as direct reports.
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience working as a Contracts Manager on Planned Maintenance projects
- Located within commutable distance of the Essex office
It is desirable to have:
- Worked for a leading competitor.
