In the role of Contracts & Maintenance Manager you’ll predominantly be based at our main Waterfront, Huddersfield campus and your focus will be on the operation of all planned and reactive maintenance activities to keep the College running efficiently and safely.
Your key responsibilities will be the efficient and effective maintenance of the estates buildings and services to facilitate the operational needs of the college. Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering team and key contractors to ensure all works are being carried out to the correct standard of customer care and quality.
