Job description

We are looking for a Operations contracts Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role requiring both onsite in Warrington 3 days per week and remote working.

The Role

The Operations Team is responsible for running all of Resulting’s client support activities, and our Operations Assistants are an integral part of the team, supporting the Operations Lead in ensuring that these back office processes run seamlessly.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Managing and executing contractual processes for all client engagements
  • Creating Statements of Work to ensure all client delivery has commercial coverage
  • Updating and maintaining internal records within the CRM system so data is up to date
  • Providing weekly reporting on progress of sales pipeline
  • Reviewing and approving weekly employee timesheets
  • Administering and updating project management system with newly won deals
  • Updating any changes required to data in project management system
  • Providing a weekly update on agreed Key Performance Indicators
  • Managing processes for consultant and 3rd Party contracts
  • You’ll carry out ad-hoc office administration, including administration of travel and accommodation bookings for internal staff
  • Supporting client delivery teams by providing monthly financial information
  • Being point of contact for any client or consultant invoice queries
  • Creating and maintaining candidate CVs
  • Providing ad-hoc support to our resourcing and recruitment teams.

A bit about you

The successful candidate will:

  • Have attention to detail and be data orientated
  • Be diligent in their work and proactively follow up on agreed daily actions
  • Have excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Work in a collaborative way with both the Operations and Delivery Teams
  • Have experience of working with Microsoft and Google Applications
  • Has a good standard of written English.

This is a hybrid role but requires 3 days per week in our Warrington office.

You must be able to work in the UK and Europe without the need for a Visa or sponsorship.
