Due to a recent contract win, Morrison Water Services are looking to recruit a Contract Support and Customer Service Manager to work on our Thames Water Based Contracts (London and Home Counties).
This is a key leadership role in our newly established team and will suit someone experienced in all aspects of contract support functions as well as someone who has a detailed knowledge of delivering customer service improvements.
You will need to take pride in co-ordinating and controlling our team of engineers to ensure we’re all following consistent processes and procedures.
This role will have multiple reports who together deliver all of the following functions on the contract to include:
- Payroll and timesheets
- SHEQW administration
- Document control
- Production of Handover documents
- Customer and Stakeholder Impact Assessments
- Maintaining IT asset registers
Are you an effective influencer and communicator.?

Have you gained experience of delivering in an external customer facing role?
Are you an effective administrator?
