My client an independent agent in Kensington is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to expand their team
Working hours:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be required to work full time
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- A competitive basic salary of up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
- Great commission structure
- Guaranteed commission while building up a pipeline
- Use of car during working hours
To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have the following:
- Minimum 12 months experience in the UK residential lettings property industry
- A full UK driving licence.
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Attention to detail.
- Well presented
- Articulate with good telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
- Local Knowledge is preferred (but not essential).
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Generate and book valuations.
- Generate and nurture new business opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to clients post-viewing.
- Monitor/progress your lets agreed.
- Build relationships with all our clients.
- Assist the directors and your colleagues in driving the business forward.
- Deliver exceptional customer service which is the cornerstone of our successful business.
