We have a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Control Administrator to join our team here at Rosemullion Veterinary Hospital!
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone who is confident with difficult conversations and has an excellent customer service manner, who can manage our debt collections.
This role would ideally suit someone with a financial background. The successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Managers, Clinical Directors and the Hub Credit Controller, reporting into the Regional Director.
Within this role you will be:
- Liaising directly with clients to ensure invoices are paid within time limits stipulated by CVS terms and conditions
- Establish and maintain a consistent credit control message for both colleagues and clients
- Issuing debt letters and liaising with the Hub Credit Controller where further recovery action is required
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of debt management to include debt tagging, payments and client communication
- Invoicing and charging audits across sites with monthly reporting to ensure all fees captured
- Negotiating with clients on outstanding payments and aged debt with involvement of the Hub Credit Controller to facilitate payment recovery
- Creation of reports monthly and yearly to illustrate progress and potential areas for improvement in the recovery and invoicing processes
- Deliver against agreed credit KPIs to improve the financial management of the business
Successful candidates will have:
- Proven experience in finance management
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of debt recovery fundamentals
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft office applications especially Excel
The salary for this position will be £12 per hour.
