Role Profile:

To provide Administrative Support, fault coordination, engineer tasking and day to day administration support across installation projects and Term maintenance contracts. This role will be based from our Walsall office 5 days per week.

What you’ll do:

The Contract Coordinator will form part of a team, mainly consisting of field-based Traffic Engineers, and be responsible for daily office duties such as general administration and ensuring our Engineers are guided through various projects should they have any issues or problems.

  • Issuing faults to the field-based Engineers.
  • Monitor faults and trends
  • Liaise with Engineers to issue faults and receive repair details
  • Liaise with Third Party companies to arrange works
  • Liaise with Customers and Engineers on a daily basis

Business Operations Skills – Experience:

  • Will be able to demonstrate a highly professional manner when dealing with clients/customers/Engineers
  • Need to work as part of a team
  • Ability to react to changing circumstances and work under pressure
  • Familiar with Highways Agency / Traffic / Transport OR Local Authority – although, training will be provided
  • Ability to carry out general administration duties
  • Experience of General Office processes & procedures
  • IT skills around Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel are essential
