Understanding and clarifying the business goals and objectives driving the need for a UK Delivery led project.Validate the scope and agree with the Senior or Principal Business Analyst all appropriate analysis activities on a project, including the detailed output documentation required.
Accurately assesses and effectively communicates the impact of business, operational and technical change to stakeholders.
Engages with an established network of stakeholders to obtain input and commitment to change.
Facilitates project workshops.
Develops expertise in one or several business areas.
Requirements Management and Engineering
Develops reviews and critiques high level and detailed requirements for projects and/or work streams.
Works with stakeholders to analyse, organise and prioritise requirements.
Manages the requirements throughout the project life cycle; ensuring effective scope control and full traceability at all stages.
Acting as a conduit between key business stakeholders and Technology work streams as a reference point for clarification of the requirements throughout the project life cycle.
Business Process Improvement
Working with the assigned Business Readiness Manager to identify the need for the introduction of new business processes and updates to existing processes.
Work with the assigned Business Readiness Manager to ensure that proposed User Acceptance Testing of changes is reflective of the production environment and requirements coverage.

Experience of business analysis in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment.
Familiarity with a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques.
Good attention to detail and concern for accuracy.
Proven strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience of managing stakeholder relationships
Good knowledge of project delivery life cycles
Strong problem solving and proven negotiation and conflict management skills
Ability to produce high quality, detailed and thorough analysis documentation.
Desirable
Educated to A-level standard as a minimum
Degree (Business or IT preferred) or equivalent qualification
Proven experience of using a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques
Experience of business case modelling or cost benefit analysis
Working towards or attained ISEB Business Analysis diploma or CCBA.
Experience of working in a telecoms or Media services organisation

Location: We have offices in London, however, we acknowledge that people should work where they work best and many of our people are based remotely.
This contract opportunity falls Inside IR35 and will pay £450pd for at least 6 Months.
