Job description
Multi Trades Recruitment are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team and support the management team in the efficient delivery of contracts related to service standards, service response, reporting, helpdesk, and general management. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with critical thinking skills and a keen attention to detail, particularly in financial processes such as raising invoices and reviewing reports.
- 8.30am - 17.00pm
- Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Assist the management team in the overall delivery of contracts, ensuring adherence to service standards and timely response to service requests.
- Support the Facilities department in providing a consistent and efficient service across the site.
- Ensure that all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are up to date and that any required remedial works are promptly undertaken.
- Resolve problems related to supplier invoices and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, ensuring their compliance with the planned preventative maintenance schedule and timely completion of remedial tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the Hard FM supervisor and their team to ensure on-time delivery of PPMs.
Requirements:
- Strong critical thinking skills to effectively manage processes and resolve issues.
- High attention to detail, particularly in financial processes such as invoicing and financial report review.
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.
- Previous experience in contract administration or a related field is desirable.
