Berry Heathrow is looking for a Warranty Administrator.
Your role
As a warranty administrator, you will be responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs. You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims daily, ensure that recalls are administered, and warranty debt is controlled. You will also provide those manufacturer standards that are adhered to at all times.
Warranty administrators work various flexible patterns, typically including weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Your profile
You will have proven experience in an administrative capacity with knowledge of the automotive industry. An understanding of the Kerridge system would also be advantageous; however, this is not crucial. The right candidate will have excellent organisational skills and handle conflicting demands whilst identifying priorities in a highly demanding environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must.
