About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy, including managing our social media accounts, coordinating shoots, and creating video and photo content that engages our target audience. This is a key role within the company and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a comprehensive content creation plan to drive brand awareness and sales growth
- Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), including creating and posting content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics
- Coordinate, plan & schedule content shoots
- Help create compelling content for our website, blog, and email campaigns
- Monitor and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new types of content
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation with a track record of high quality content created
- Ability to think creatively and strategically with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt based on constructive feedback
- Comfortable working with online project management platforms
- Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Passion for fashion and jewelry
