If gaining experience in healthcare IT and working with a positive world class team interests you, we’d love to hear from you!We are looking for a multi-faceted, creative yet technical writer, with a background in medical imaging. who can generate compelling copy for multiple channels including emails, social media, PR, blogs and has either developed white papers, video scripts, website copy, case studies and eBooks or is passionate about creating these among others.Please include a link to your writing portfolio with your application, or upload some writing samples that you created.RamSoft is headquartered in downtown Toronto. This is a hybrid role, with an average of 1-2 days in office per week.

Duties

• Collaborate with the Marketing team in developing and managing the annual content plan
• Create outlines and content such as press releases, PPC ad copy, social media updates, and email blasts; content for webpages, PRs and blogs
• Help manage the creation and production of marketing collateral such as whitepapers, brochures, case studies etc.
• Edit and proofread content
• Engage and support members of the marketing and other cross functional teams for content creation, when needed
• Own and manage content and collateral in a central repository with planned regular audits
• Ensure all content creation is aligned with RamSoft’s target audience, segments, and positioning strategies
• Assist digital team with SEO improvement through content revisions
• Develop understanding of customer and their buying lifecycle
• Assist in other content creation scenarios such as sales enablement material, product marketing collateral and corporate communications
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• A degree in Creative Writing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field or an equivalent experience in product marketing, media/PR or content writing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A background in medical imaging (professional or academic)
• Demonstrated knowledge of SEO and SEM
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
• Strong time and project management skills with working knowledge of project management tools
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly and understand RamSoft's products, features, target audience and services
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a team and independently
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
