Do you have a passion for food and photography? We have a fantastic role working for Asda Head Office in the Photography Content Team. You will be part of a team responsible for delivering fantastic food photography for the business, across campaigns, in store and online.
Ideal location: Leeds, United Kingdom, LS11
Hybrid working available, with Asda's Office based in Leeds.
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
What you’ll do in the role:
- The role will closely work with Asda's internal campaign team and our agencies (internal and external) to understand creative big idea and strategy, campaign development and principles. You will do this with the aim to drive campaign consistencies through to our photography assets.
- Gain a deep understanding of creative briefs and shoot requirements. From this you will formulate an approach to capturing photography, to deliver against the brief across a multitude of channels – POS, online, OOH, press and social.
- You will be the voice of Asda across campaign shoots when liaising with agencies.
- Ensuring product information is shared with agencies to immerse them in the product and samples are ordered and supplied on time.
- Working with and inspiring a roster of agencies and in house teams via creative briefs with perspective and clarity.
- Keep up to speed with trends across photography, adding perspective, innovation, and analysis to drive decisions and direction.
- Implement and grow Asda’s photography guardrails and guidelines to drive photography consistencies, to create a recognisable and inspirational brand look and feel for Asda.
- Ensure campaigns are measured and reported against agreed objectives and KPI’s, with insights and recommends for future campaigns, through pulling together thorough evaluations.

- Agency or client background with experience managing creative projects
- Strong eye for detail and passion for creative
- A proven track record in agency management
- Strong knowledge of what makes for effective and engaging content
- Ability to innovate and think outside the box
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage and inspire agencies
- Ability to lead a team to land projects within reactive timescales
