Reports to: Digital Product Content Lead
Location: North Vancouver, BC.

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Digital Product Content Coordinator, you will work closely with the Digital Product Content team to ensure the accuracy of E-commerce product content and timelines across all regional Arc’teryx websites and apps. You will support the Digital Product Content team with the maintenance of regionally specific digital product assets (copy, photography, translations and video) and other consumer facing content. You will also be responsible for the approval maintenance of two User Generated Content Programs and lead QA for weekly web product publishing. You are a detail-oriented team player with an aptitude for problem-solving. You will have experience working with digital product content, ideally for a Direct-to-Consumer brand.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Digital Product team are the product gatekeepers between the business and Arc’teryx websites and apps, we work to ensure that E-commerce product is published accurately and on-time across multiple websites, regions, and languages. We are responsible for maintaining E-commerce product copy, visual assets, translations, regional assortment publishing, multiple shopping tools, user generated content, and other consumer-facing content.

If you were the Digital Product Content Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

    • Working with the Digital Product Content team to execute website content proofing and in-season product content needs from across the business
    • Maintaining regionally specific digital product assets (copy, translations, photography and video) and other consumer facing content, ensuring alignment with brand standards
    • Managing assets and product content within our PIM system
    • Moderating content for two user generated content programs
    • Supporting the Digital Product Assortment Specialist to ensure success of weekly product drops
    • Assisting in testing new functionality and provide feedback on bugs and issues related to the PIM
    • Seeking ways to streamline and improve processes and tasks

    • Leading visual asset management within our product information management tool
    • Developing a strong understanding of product data structures and product flow between digital platforms used by Arc’teryx
    • Participating in new software and re-platform projects within the Digital Product team

Are you our next Digital Product Content Coordinator?

    • You have a bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
    • You have 2+ years of Digital Content experience
    • You have experience working with a DTC brand
    • You have strong organizational and analytical skills
    • You have strong communication skills and are confident communicating with cross-functional teams
    • You have proficiency with digital authoring tools such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator
    • You have an aptitude for learning
    • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues
    • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
    • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
    • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
    • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
