Compensation Range: $30.00 - 41.42 per hour
Our client is seeking a Content Specialist to join their team in their Atlanta, GA office!
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and overseeing the execution of the brand's content strategy across the leading baby brands-including photography, video, reviews, artwork and other brand support. This role will work cross-functionally with category Brand owners, Graphics Design, Omni Marketing, Public Relations & Social, and External Agency Partners.
Responsibilities:
Brand Stewardship:
- Accountable for supporting the brand marketing strategies, grounded in consumer and market understanding.
- Familiar with brand standards and design language. Act as brand champion across the business, ensuring consistency of communications according to brand guidelines.
- Build knowledge of brands and key products including their function and features.
Creative Asset Development Support:
- Provide creative guidance to creative services teams and/or agency partners.
- Serve as a key interface between brand marketing and creative services- briefing and managing creative design projects (packaging, POP, displays, digital assets).
- Lead brand photography and video projects, serving as an interface between brand marketing and creative agency- owning scope, budget, timelines, process and approvals.
- Build working knowledge and ability to communicate and ensure adherence to the brands' visual languages (graphics look and feel) and photography and video style (lighting, wardrobe, propping and models).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with marketing, agencies and the creative design team to generate creative ideas.
- Build knowledge of and suggests strategies for content trends (best in class, new/emerging and across channels such as retail.com and social).
Project and Process Management:
- Forecast and prioritize workload (creative projects, photography, video).
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables and approval processes.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication across all stakeholders.
- Track and summarize projects.
Agency / Supplier Management:
- Serve as day-to-day agency contact, specifically owning planning of major photography and video shoots with the agency.
- Assign projects to the agency, or internal creative resources, using a clear and effective scope, budget and creative brief.
- Serve as brand lead on set, ensuring the brand vision is achieved, products are used correctly and scope is followed.
- Coordinate product reviews process, managing internal and external partners, process, and budget.
Compliance:
- Build a working knowledge of current and potential emerging category compliance.
- Track and manage compliance projects.
- Work directly with the graphics and production team to update all necessary artwork associated with compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Skills:
- Content Strategy (2 years of experience is preferred).
- Project Management Systems (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Photography (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Agency Management (2 years of experience is preferred)
