Content Marketing Specialist, Remote (UK)

What the job involves:
Content Production: Work with the Content Marketing Manager to oversee the production process of all content while ensuring timely, high-quality output.
Content Repurposing: Maximize the value and reach of our content by turning high-performing assets into a library of derivative pieces for use in multiple channels.
Campaign Planning: Perform customer research, develop creative concepts and ideas for assets, coordinate with various teams for execution, and monitor campaign performance.
SEO/Content Optimization: Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to increase online visibility and organic search rankings.
Freelance Writers: Supervise and guide freelance writers, providing clear, detailed briefs to deliver exceptional content aligned with our brand voice and guidelines.
Content Calendar Management: Develop, manage, and maintain the content calendar to ensure a steady stream of fresh content.
Copywriting: Write persuasive, action-driving copy for a variety of mediums and formats, such as blogs, websites, emails, press releases, and video scripts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, growth marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and meets company needs.
Content Trend Awareness: Stay on top of content marketing trends and bring new ideas for us to explore and test
Content Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance data, adapting strategies and processes to maximize engagement and conversion rates while maintaining the highest standards of content creation.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably for a B2B SaaS product
- Used to working in fast-paced creative work environments
- Proven record of creating high-impact, engaging, and conversion-optimized content
- Experience creating product-led content
- Solid experience managing content production and sourcing external writers and content creators
- Eye for detail, exceptional editing skills
- Knowledge of SEO and what makes Google tick
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive communication style
- Problem solver, always looking for more efficient ways to work
- Not afraid to push boundaries and bring a fresh, unique perspective to our content approach to helps set us apart from other B2B SaaS companies
- Portfolio of relevant writing samples is required
