Content Marketing Manager | Hammersmith
(hybrid working with 3 days a week in our new Hammersmith office - free daily breakfast and gym membership provided)
We are hiring GetGround's first Content Marketing Manager. This is an opportunity to join a well-funded startup with a mission to make the world fairer and more productive.
You will be part of our new Marketing team, reporting into Alexandra, our Marketing Director (check out Alex's recent Medium post on establishing GetGround's Brand in her first six months here). You will be part of a Growth team led by VP Revenue Marco (ex Facebook and Google).
What you'll do
You'll build our content strategy: creating targeted and relevant communications, and distributing them at scale. You'll take a multi-channel, multi-asset approach, crafting content that builds trust and interest to unlock product understanding and sales enablement – across both UK and international audiences.
- Improve the tone and quality of our overall content output, immersing yourself in the world of our customers to understand their needs and problems before establishing us as the trusted property investment platform and educator
- Own the content roadmap at GetGround, responsible for delivering at rapid speed, regardless of medium, including briefing, copywriting, and editing
- Build scalable solutions to create and maintain content: from freelancer assistance to AI and SEO tools
- Build rich, multi-touch customer journeys through content: from initial targeting and messaging to ongoing engagement and nurture (from landing pages, to product launches, advertising, longer-form reports and marketing collateral)
- Supercharge the content available to both our Product and Sales teams, generating new opportunities for content to support their efforts
- Determine the metrics we are going to measure and use performance as well as SEO principles to dictate future strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to raise content standards across GetGround
Skills and experience
- Extensive SEO content writing expertise
- AI tooling experience
- You've owned multi-channel content-marketing strategies for fast-moving businesses
- You manage multiple projects at once and re-prioritise to deliver what matters most
- You create content quickly and pragmatically - across a variety of mediums
- You're data driven - seeking out the metrics you need to prove ongoing impact
- You've helped define and set the tone and framework for content across other businesses
