Role Overview
Leading the B2B content strategy to deliver an integrated content programme across our B2B audiences, within the context of the corporate annual marketing plan and targets, to leverage client insights, engaging and innovative formats and impact our NPS.
What you’ll do:

Being a natural point of coordination across the other B2B lines of business across the MU, notably Clinics and Bupa Global, to ensure there is cohesion of messaging from Bupa to our external audiences.

Making sure key business stakeholders are engaged and up to speed on strategic marketing and business imperative projects to support their customer interactions and AOP delivery.

Risk management in a regulated environment.

Using our content marketing campaigns to differentiate and set Bupa apart from our competition to deliver long term sustainable advantage in the in the health and wellbeing industry.

Management of a marketing executive to help deliver content and marketing communications in line with our strategic marketing vision to maximise revenue and customer profitability.
What you’ll bring:

Experience of managing a high performing team

Experience of developing integrated, audience-centric B2B content campaigns

Experience of commissioning and working with agencies

Ability to lead and deliver multiple high-profile projects at pace without support

Ability to effectively oversee delivery work under tight deadlines, whilst simultaneously managing strategic projects independently

Strong organisational skills, project management and a keen attention to detail
