We are looking for a smart, creative, and data-driven Content Marketing Manager, with expertise in building a unified content strategy to drive awareness, usage and advocacy of Amazon Shipping in Europe. The ideal candidate will be fluent in managing content creation processes, insist on the highest editorial standards, and have creative flair to showcase our brand and product capabilities to our audience.

The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing content creation strategy and budgets to support multi-channel marketing plans and product launches, including website content, customer testimonials, thought leadership reports, sales enablement assets and messaging playbooks. Using customer insights, the Content Marketing Manager will build out content for each stage of our persona journeys, optimising for reach, engagement and conversion along the funnel.

Key job responsibilities
  • Own content marketing strategy, planning, budget, delivery and reporting across Europe
  • Drive brand consistency across the marketing assets
  • Maintain content calendar to support brand, product and business goals
  • Manage website content mechanisms, SEO optimisations and site analytics
  • Develop/refresh sales assets to support our persona decision journeys
  • Manage agency and contractor partners for content creation and SEO
  • Work with local marketing managers to adapt content to local needs
  • Extensive experience with content marketing strategy and execution
  • Project management skills with track record of delivering on-time, within-budget initiatives that meet and achieve goals
  • Highly analytical, with demonstrated ability to understand market segments and consistent track record working closely with data specialists ·
  • Motivated self-starter who flourishes with working in ambiguous, complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
  • Deep presentation, planning, and leadership skills
  • Collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in a dynamic start-up or high growth environment
