One of the UK's fastest-growing commercial flooring companies is searching for a talented and creative Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As part of our marketing department, you'll play a pivotal role in adding products to our website while infusing humour and personality into our product descriptions to create unforgettable experiences for our customers. Full-time Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5.30 pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch break Office based in Clerkenwell 🏢 The Role: to , full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm) Office-based role at our new London showroom in Clerkenwell (Goswell Road) 🔑 Your Key Responsibilities: As a Product Owner, your primary focus will be on adding products to our website and crafting engaging product descriptions. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your creative prowess, converting professional flooring jargon into everyday language that resonates with both our customers and staff. Additionally, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your role. Responsibilities include: Creating captivating product descriptions and uploading products to our website. We are preparing user-friendly documents to educate our team about new products and sharing this information with our social media teams. Maintaining up-to-date product image folders and liaising with suppliers to ensure we have the latest images. We are constantly brainstorming and suggesting innovative ideas and enhancements to drive our business forward. I am assisting with social media content creation as needed. Welcoming customers to our showroom and offering refreshments when required. 💼 Desired Skills and Qualifications: To thrive in this role, we're seeking candidates who embody enthusiasm, humour, and positivity. Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to transform ordinary paragraphs into entertaining content, free of spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. Proficiency in computer skills, including email communication and internal platforms like Slack. A love for emojis, utilizing them to inject fun into our content. Strong organizational skills, taking pride in ensuring our products are presented beautifully and serving our customers' needs effectively.
