A TikTok pro who’s experienced in creating engaging content on the platform.
You're a creative storyteller, who's highly proficient in writing and creation. You’re able to move people to action and engage with them in social conversation and you’re familiar with web-professional audiences (developers, web designers). You thrive on being a team player who’s committed, success-driven, and has a strong sense of ownership.
- Own/lead social media management and content creation of the brand’s TikTok account
- Create and publish daily content to communicate with our audiences and educate them on our brand offerings and professional solutions
- Initiate social-driven campaigns and support larger marketing campaigns across the platform
- Manage, monitor, and interact with users and freelance and partnered content creators for the creation and ideation of content. Use tracking tools to analyze and optimize content performance and report on metrics
- Be on top of Real-Time Marketing (RTM) initiatives and know how to deliver quick comebacks for audience engagement
- Conduct in-depth competitor and market research, be on top of the latest TikTok shifts and trends, and know how to make recommendations to leverage them for the benefit of the brand
- Experience in social media management and creation of engaging content for TikTok
- Able to capture and produce your own video content on TikTok
- Video editing skills, both natively within TikTok and computer software-based editing, specifically in relation to TikTok content
- Superb copywriting skills - able to adapt to different brand’s tone of voice
- Obsessed with social trends. Know what’s relevant (or not) to our professional audiences
- Basic understanding of web development and code
- Think outside the box and proactive approach
- Flexibility to sometimes work outside standard working hours when required (events, launches, etc.)

The approximate annual base compensation is $77,000 to 99,000. In addition to base pay, you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including the location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile, and ideal qualifications.
