As a valued member of our dynamic content team, the Content Marketing Specialist will provide versatile support across various content formats. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in our content marketing efforts, contributing to the creation, publication, and promotion of diverse content, including blogs, guides, videos, animations, graphics, and brochures.
Working closely with the Content Marketing Manager and coordinating with other team members, this role aims to elevate our content offerings and engage stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a versatile skill set, capable of crafting engaging social media posts, optimizing blog content, and editing videos, among other tasks.
An interest in the IT Services sector would be advantageous, along with a curiosity about the latest technology trends and a growth-oriented mindset to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, embracing every opportunity.
Role Tasks / Key Deliverables:
- Taking ownership of content creation and optimization, including blogs, guides, web pages, videos, infographics, animations, social media copy, and case studies. This involves collaborating with the content team, our in-house designers, and select external agencies.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of the content strategy as required.
- Contributing to the management of our editorial calendar.
- Conducting research on trending topics and generating content ideas in collaboration with our in-house experts.
- Crafting content with a focus on strong SEO performance, considering competitors, keywords, and opportunities to establish thought leadership.
- Building strong relationships with various internal stakeholders and understanding how their service propositions align with the broader strategy.
- Coordinating with the sales team to identify the resources required to fill all stages of the sales funnel and drive highly qualified leads and opportunities.
- Demonstrable experience in content marketing.
- Proficiency in English.
- Working knowledge of reporting tools and SEO.
- Experience in IT or a strong passion for working in the technology field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resilience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
