Teemill
Full Time Freshwater, England 32204 - 24990 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

Location: Isle of Wight or Bristol
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours a week) but we would consider flexible/part time

Every year, 100 billion new items of clothing are produced whilst a truck full is burned, or buried in landfill every second.

At Teemill we do things differently. Our mission is to redesign the fashion industry. To do this, we’ve created the world's first open access circular supply chain. Today, every product we make is designed from the start to be sent back when it is worn out. We make new products from the material we recover so instead of making waste, we make new products from it. We already work with some of the best brands and influencers in the world, from Google and Greenpeace, to Mr Beast and Joe Wicks. And we're on a mission to spread the word.

As a Content Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key part in creating and delivering engaging and inspiring content across our range of digital channels to reach our customer. You will work with a dedicated team who are responsible for the growth of the Teemill platform. You will be responsible for crafting and publishing powerful content that not only serves to help existing customers, but also helps to attract new ones.

Whilst Teemill is growing internationally, this role will be based at either of our HQs on the Isle of Wight, or in Bristol.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, creating and sharing online content to be used across our range of channels, including social media, blogs and newsletters, and the Teemill website to generate awareness and interest in the Teemill platform

  • Visually communicating stories through an effective choice of photography, video or graphic assets

  • Researching and developing SEO-driven website content to help us reach new customers

  • Analysing and reporting on organic marketing channel engagement and website traffic to ensure we are meeting brand objectives

  • Developing creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends

You should apply if:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience within a marketing, copywriting or content production role, writing online editorial and/or social content

  • You're able to put yourself in the mind of the customer to write and produce genuinely interesting and helpful content that answers their needs

  • You have an understanding of how to create stand-out digital content across a range of media, with a good eye for branding

  • You enjoy thinking creatively about how to engage with people, whether it's through thinking tactically driving the big campaigns or putting your all into small details

  • You're proactive: Able to identify opportunities and issues, and tackle them without being told what to do

  • You have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise and structure your work schedule

What you’ll get:

  • Fast-track career progression
  • The opportunity to create a future without waste
  • Wholesale wardrobe discount
  • Free Teemill Pro accounts
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • + All sorts of team goodies & discounts
