Position Overview: Mythical seeks a focused, motivated, and resourceful Content Management Assistant to coordinate closed captioning across all Mythical content and assist with quality control across the company’s suite of YouTube channels. This is an entry level position that will report to the Senior Content Manager while working closely with the Post Production Manager & Director of Production & Post.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and spot checking caption files across all content, ensuring accuracy and precision on all videos through Adobe Premiere Pro
• Exporting caption files through Adobe Premiere Pro in various formats and distributing across multiple content locations
• Assisting with quality control of multi-language dubbing across our suite of YouTube channels
• Assisting with the general quality control workflow of all content and communicating issues before upload
• Following platform updates & trends on YouTube & Facebook
• Liaising with the post production team to receive videos for upload
• Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting on KPI / OKR data deep-dives

Requirements:

• This is an entry level position but 1 - 2 years experience working in relevant digital or media production spaces is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining highly organized and detail-oriented
• 1 - 2 years experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro. General knowledge of the Adobe suite a plus
• Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Multi language speaker a plus
• This job requires continuous work at a desk, utilizing a monitor and keyboard for at least 50% of the workday.
