Materna has a post-revenue commercial product, Milli, a therapeutic device to treat vaginismus (tight pelvic floor muscles) and associate dyspareunia (painful intercourse). Materna has a second product in a pivotal, randomized controlled trial, Prep, which focuses on preventing pelvic injuries during childbirth.

Content Manager
The Content Manager is a marketing expert who takes responsibility for content marketing results for Milli and Prep. This role executes content marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversion to achieve target revenues and desired business goals. This role is responsible for content and campaign planning, content creation, program management, and optimization of all Materna’s Direct-to-Consumer and HCP (Health Care Provider) content - digital and printed.
Responsibilities:
- Creates with VP, Sales & Marketing the marketing content and campaign calendar for Milli and Prep and takes ownership of social media calendar for all Milli’s social platforms.
- Be the primary content editor and creator for Materna: Write, edit, and publish a consistent stream of fresh content.
- Be a creative storyteller within Materna’s brand standards, following company brand guidelines to ensure our messaging is consistent with company guidelines/value/mission.
- Executes the content creation and optimization of all social posts, blogs, emails, ebooks, newsletters, ads, videos, website, in-office tools etc. for consumers and HCPs.
- Assigns action items and coordinates deliverables among a wide array of contributors. Manages those activities with project schedules and clearly defined steps toward the achievement of project objectives. Collaborate with agencies as needed.
- Oversees, reviews, and creates ECO folders that are ready for processing.
- Oversee and interact extensively with SEO / SEM resources to align on content priorities.
- Create and test data-driven customer journey (re)marketing campaigns including email and SMS.
- Stay up to date with current trends and make recommendations to management. Perform regular competitor and social media research.
- Oversees Digital Marketing Associate
- Other projects as assigned by the VP, Sales & Marketing
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years working in marketing as a content strategist and creator. Medical Device experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent writing and communication skills. Loves to write and edit.
- Have a strong visual design aesthetic, enjoying making content visually compelling.
- Adept at developing trackers to coordinate the action items, deliverables, and due dates to capture individual and project team progress.
- Understand nuances and distinctions between the different platforms.
- Resourceful and creative.
- Ability to work and create content in a regulated medical device environment.

Pay: $135,000.00 per year
