DACBeachcroft has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Content Marketing Manager to join our Bristol based Clients and Markets team on a full-time, permanent, hybrid basis.
Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader, the Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the content marketing activity within the firm, and will have a particular focus on copywriting. This role will also particularly support the marketing efforts of the Financial Services and Technology sectors within the firm. Overall the role will work as part of the central team, and operate in a flexible resourcing environment.

Main Responsibilities- Support the delivery of the firm's content strategy, working closely with the Marketing Team Leader, and wider Marketing and Events team.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to identify and create compelling content which engages and informs target audiences, and is aligned to the firm's brand voice, and sales narrative.
- Ensure content is optimised for relevant channels, and support effective leveraging of content channels to ensure maximum engagement and impact.
- Assist with the delivery of the SEO strategy.
- Work closely with wider subject matter experts, and marketing team to ensure that website content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage the firm's content calendar, coordinating the scheduling of campaigns to ensure the optimisation of their delivery.
- Analyse and report on the performance of content across all owned, and paid for channels, using data to identify opportunities for improvement, and inform future decisions.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support the commercial growth of the Financial Services and Technology sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimise marketing materials, including brochures, video content and thought leadership.
- Work closely with the Financial Services and Technology Business Partner, to develop and execute events, conferences, and sponsorships to enhance the firm's visibility and generate leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in copywriting and proofreading.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Sitecore, Hubspot, Marketo or Pardot is preferred.
- Awareness of SEO best practises, and experience in content optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure effective communication and alignment of content with business objectives.
- Demonstrable suitability to work in a management role and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop direct reports.
- Confident working at pace; with project planning and management skills.
- Possess a high degree of initiative and independent judgment with excellent troubleshooting, decision-making, and follow-through skills.
- A flexible mind-set focusing on the delivery of objectives rather than process-oriented.
