About the role
As Content Creator you will take our marketing to the next level by creating trendsetting, video-first content to put us on the map and attract our ideal brands.
- Bringing exciting creative ideas to the table that will help us stand out, get noticed, and inspire others to copy
- With an intermediate-advanced skill level, you will shoot and edit video and photo content, that’s on brand and relevant to our ICP
- Managing the social media content plan
- Collaborating with other services to ensure everything is covered; marketing, culture, clients, recruitment, partners, global markets, and sales
- Monitoring the performance of our content to spot trends, improve our content plan and inform our strategy development
- Keeping an eye on the competition with regular competitor analysis to ensure we’re ahead of the game
- Keeping up to date with social media and brand marketing to spot trends before they take off, ensuring we're there first
- Acting as the marketing advocacy champion to encourage participation and engagement from the wider business. You create a buzz that gets people excited about our marketing
- Managing our CMS to upload new blogs and case studies, web pages and job vacancies, and regular optimisation updates
- Acting as facilitator, you will keep track of award planning, collaborating with delivery teams and independently writing award submissions
- Pitch in and get involved with content writing, event planning, and ABM campaigns
What we would be looking at from you;
- An intermediate-advanced skill level in shooting and editing photographic and video content
- A proven record in creating and implementing a social media plan and hands on experience managing social channels, copywriting and community management
- A proven record of working with multiple different operations within a business
The Application Process
The application process consists of an initial 30 minute telephone interview where we can get to know each other better and we’ll ask you to complete one of our personality profiling tools to find out more about your work preferences. If successful you’ll be given a role specific presentation to prepare for your second interview and asked more technical questions relating to the role.
