- We’re looking for a Content Coordinator with the organisational skills to support social media content production for our high-profile clients.
- Someone who can distil information and communicate it effectively across teams.

About us
Founded in 2008, we are an international team with our home office based in Edinburgh, that works with incredible clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry.
Whether it’s developing our own products, producing engaging social content en masse, or designing and delivering services to help our clients work more efficiently, our work is varied, exciting and at the very forefront of the latest technology and trends.
Currently, we are a growing team of 100+ people but still looking for new colleagues who make an impact and believe in the same ideas and values as we do.
Responsibilities
What can you expect?
- Reviewing never-before-seen TV episodes before release
- Assisting with process design and automation, working to accommodate both internal growth and new client needs
- Partnering with managers to generate ideas and briefs for video content
- Monitoring both upcoming tasks and client distribution points
- Managing asset download and filing, ready for production
- Populating internal tools with client data, checking consistency, and raising any discrepancies with line manager
Qualifications

- Excellent written and communication skills
What's nice to have:
- Experience with project management software like Airtable or Monday.com
- Experience creating how-to guides or other documentation
- Technical aptitude for understanding new software and systems
- Any familiarity with programming languages

Top-Notch Equipment We’ll provide you with a high-end laptop or PC equivalent as well as top of the range monitors, headphones, a keyboard, mouse and whatever you need to feel comfortable at work.
Flexibility We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working, usually you will be starting your day between 8-9am, but to best serve our US clients, we are looking for people who can work one late shift (1:30pm-10pm) per week.
So, some days you’ll need to be flexible to work later if there’s a key delivery to a US client, but any time can be taken back.

Salary
£21k per year, depending on experience and skills.

Recruitment process
You will meet Katrina, our Creative Operations Manager, in a 60 minute interview via Zoom. She usually asks about your previous experience, future career path and motivation for applying for this job, as well as provides you with more details about our projects and working in our team.
If the interview goes well, we will invite you to a second interview with Louise, our Content Director.
