A key part of this role is having an understanding and appreciation of the value of digital marketing, as well as what the service can bring to our customers as a brand building and lead generation tool. It is essential that you are fully immersed in the digital marketing sector, keep updated with current trends, and are keen to demonstrate this to our customers.
This role reports to our Head of Marketing and Social Media.
In this role you would be working within our Social and Studio team to support with creating and developing social content and to learn about the wider business. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be working with the marketing team, working together to design and implement creative marketing campaigns.
Alongside this you will be managing the community engagement for all clients across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Duties may include:
- Interpret the objectives of the client’s/customer’s brief
- Work closely with the marketing department
- Research ideas and concepts to meet the brief
- Analyse the differences between media campaigns aimed at retention, acquisition and conversion of customers for clients
- Identify & recommend the appropriate platform/s or channel/s to use for the media campaign
- Operate effectively within the production workflow
- Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Respond to customer comments and messages across all channels - manage all engagement
- Analyse competitor activity and present this information in a format which the Head of Marketing can use within the monthly client marketing reports
- Support the Search and Optimisation Manager and Managing Director in the preparation and delivery of client presentations and new business pitches
Requirements

- Experience in using social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer etc.
- Good knowledge of creating reels and videos
- Knowledge of the different social media channels and tools used to aid in your work.
- Excellent written and oral communications, dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking.
- Good Graphic Skills and be able to create a storyboard

Monday to Friday between 9:00am till 5:30pm. Shifts TBC.
