Summary
Little Journey is a digital companion tool supporting children (and their families) undergoing healthcare interactions. We are currently seeking a content administrator to help manage new and existing digital content. You will be working closely with the product team, using our existing software systems to upload new content and manage our customer web-portal, becoming a content management expert and web-portal manager. This is a full time position to start as soon as possible.
In this role you will:
· Work closely with the Editor-in-Chief and product team to ensure that all newly-created digital content is efficiently uploaded to the Little Journey portal (this includes written content and animations).
· Ensure the database of content is kept up to date and accurate, highlighting errors, identifying gaps and linking with translation certificates across multiple languages.
· Manage the Little Journey portal back end solution, ensuring recent upgrades and changes are distributed across multiple geographies and hospitals
· Create hospital organograms with the different pathways, linking this with data.
· Collaborate with Little Journey team members and external subcontractors (including animators) to ensure that only the most recent, approved content reaches our end users.
Role requirements:
This unique opportunity will suit someone organised and efficient with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn how to use and manage a range of IT systems. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and a fine attention to detail. Work can be performed either remotely or in a hybrid way using either our Leeds or London office.
