What you will be doing...
As a Travel Advisor you will
- Take inbound calls from our customers, providing expert guidance to find the right holiday for our customers
- Answer questions our customers might have about their travel requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert for our procedures, policies and guidance.
- Add real value to customer conversations whilst achieving individual targets and KPI’s (including adherence and quality standards).
You will join us for 7 weeks virtual training from your start date. Training hours are Monday - Friday 08:30-17:30. No leave can be taken during your training period.Your working pattern will be on a 4 week rotational shift pattern as outlined below -
Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11:30-20:30. Days off Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 09:30-18:30. Sunday 10:30-19:30. Days off Friday & Saturday
Week 3 – Monday 11:00-20:00, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00-19:00. Saturday 08:30-17:30. Days off Thursday & Saturday
Week 4 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 08:30-17:30. Days off Friday & Sunday
If you are successful, a key requirement of the role is that you must have a suitable working space at home, along with a high-speed broadband connection.
