What you will be doing...
As a Travel Advisor you will
- Take inbound calls from our customers, providing expert guidance to find the right holiday for our customers
- Answer questions our customers might have about their travel requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert for our procedures, policies and guidance.
- Add real value to customer conversations whilst achieving individual targets and KPI’s (including adherence and quality standards).
This role is available on a part time (30 hours per week) permanent contract basis and the start date is the 6th November 2023. Your working pattern will include working a fixed shift basis of one of the following:
Monday, Friday, Saturday 08:30-19:30. Days off Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday
Wednesday, Friday, Sunday 08:30-19:30. Days off Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
You will join us for 9 weeks virtual/independent training from your start date. This will be on the same working hours as the shift pattern you chose from above. No leave can be taken during your training period.
If you are successful, a key requirement of the role is that you must have a suitable working space at home, along with a high-speed broadband connection.
