33,500K+ basic (dependent on experience)

Mon-Fri / 9-5 (remote working unavailable)

- You'll manage, lead and inspire a team of up to 20 call centre agents, continuously encouraging and motivating them to be their best
- You'll use data and insights to inform your decisions and approaches, ensuring that targets and KPI's are hit
- Providing great customer service will be in your DNA and you will thrive from giving our guests a world-class service
- You'll have an innate desire to find new and innovative ways of improving performance and processes, be able to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment and have the ability to work well as part of a team
