We are looking for a homebased, Contact Centre Operators to join the team.
As a member of the GenesisCare Contact Centre, you’ll be responsible for responding to and managing all incoming enquiries (phone/website) from a variety of stakeholders including potential new patients, existing patients, healthcare professionals and external organisations.
Your primary responsibility will be to respond quickly, sympathetically, and effectively to all incoming enquiries, plus correctly triaging all enquiries and directing them to a number of different services either internal or external to GenesisCare. In addition, you will be required to accurately capture and record the enquiry and ensure a timely follow up is conducted to ensure that the enquirer’s request was satisfied.
What you’ll do:
  • Ability to offer brief explanation of services offered within GenesisCare. Full training will be given in this regard.
  • Knowledgeable about the organisation structure and able to direct enquirers appropriately within the organisation. Again, full training will be given.
  • Ensure that every enquiry is quickly responded to, acknowledged, and actioned appropriately – including bookings, referrals, call backs, outbound calls, emails etc.
  • Utilise a CRM or similar system to record enquiries
  • Liaise with colleagues within the organisation to ensure a good outcome for enquirers
  • Create caller feedback logs to highlight positive outcomes and areas for improvement
What you’ll have:
Experience and skills (essential):
Naturally, you will be professional, warm, engaging, and knowledgeable to provide the best service to our patients and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be highly organised with strong attention to detail, and able to deal with a fast-paced, highly pressurised environment.
You must also be comfortable making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, being confident in engaging with patients to ensure their enquiry was satisfied, record the outcome and provide them with further assistance, as required.
  • Previous call centre or help desk experience
  • Comfortable with inbound and outbound call management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Target driven environment
  • Ability to be empathetic when dealing with the public who have health worries
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Articulate and strong written communications
  • Self-Starter with ability to work on their own
  • Competent with a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office Suite including, Excel and Teams
Qualifications and Knowledge (desirable but not essential):
  • Understanding and/or experience in private healthcare
  • Understanding and/or experience in private insurer market
