We are recruiting for our client based in Lancaster City Center, we are looking for an experienced customer service team manager/ contact center manager to join their growing department. The role will suit an experienced leader who is passionate about coaching and developing in order to deliver exceptional results.
The Role
As Contact Center Manager you would be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team (6 FTE), monitoring the quality of customer interactions, and maintaining operational efficiency.
You will be expected to set performance goals, implement and monitor performance metrics, and continually improve call center processes.
The Candidate
This is a great role for someone experienced running a contact center/ team manager looking to manage and shape the department as they see fit. At least 2 years of experience in management is essential.
Responsibilities
- Implementing call center policies and procedures to improve customer service and streamline operations.
- Training, supervising, and motivating call center staff to provide high-quality customer service
- Ensuring that interactions are handled efficiently and effectively in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00, one day WFH. Our client are looking to move to a 4 day working week!
