We have an exciting new opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor to join us to provide information to our customers through our multi-channel support system.

We are looking for a positive and proactive team player to help our customers with queries relating to repairs, rent enquiries, ASB complaints and sales to name a few. As you will be the first point of contact for our customers you will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional service to everyone that you speak to.
What do you need to have?
Experience of working within a Customer Service or Call Centre environmentGood IT skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Good organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise.
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written) plus a good telephone manner.
Ability to listen and deal sympathetically with customers who may be distressed, agitated, confused, irate and those with special needs.
