Contact Centre Agent
At iGO4 we are passionate about providing insurance to our customers, making buying what is often a confusing product as seamless as possible.
We are seeking hardworking, customer focused and enthusiastic people to join our customer teams, helping our policyholders with their insurance policies across live chat, social channels and on the phone. This role requires the successful applicants to work remotely from their homes. As part of this role you may be required to attend meetings with your team and therefore you must live within a 50 mile radius of Colchester in order to be suitable for this position.
Start date –11th April 2023

What skills do you need?
Our customer teams work hard to answer a variety of questions from our customers, so you must be confident and happy chatting to customers on the phone, building rapport and providing knowledgeable answers.
Willing to learn all about insurance, our products and use multiple IT systems, we need outgoing dynamic people;
- IT proficient with good keyboard skills
- Happy and confident to talk to customers on the phone
- Ability to stay calm when dealing with difficult situations
- Be resilient and quick thinking
- Work without supervision and maintain high standards
A day in the life of a customer service agent
Once you complete our comprehensive training, you will join our Grad Bay and receive on the job support whilst you continue to learn. Taking inbound calls you will support our existing customers with their queries as well as help new customers with their buying journey. This will involve
- Answering calls that will help achieve our service levels
- Updating customer records
- Engaging in team meetings
- Receiving ongoing coaching to help you improve
