Sports Fusion is a medium sized development agency specialising in custom web-based systems for the sports club/venue industry.
Boasting a wealth of ‘A list’ clients in the form of Premier League Football Clubs and world famous venues in cricket, tennis and rugby (extended list here: http://www.sportsfusion.eu/clients.html) we are currently looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our Team.
The role essentially involves managing and supporting our customers’ customers. The work revolves almost exclusively around inbound calls and will include taking bookings, answering questions and enquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and sometimes handling complaints.
The ideal candidate should have a professional telephone manner and strong written communication skills, have a good eye for detail with a 'can do' attitude. They should be able to multi-task, have sound organisational skills with the ability to work hard in a busy fast-paced environment. They will need to be self-motivated, highly organised and have a passion for customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage emails and inbound calls in a timely manner
- Process and manage customer bookings and enquiries
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Keep clear and concise records of all conversations in our call centre database
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
Requirements
- Ideally experience of being in a customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in both written and spoken English)
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain performance under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A 'can do’ attitude and 'customer first’ approach
- The ability to take ownership and use initiative
- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Good computer skills
- Good multi-tasking skills

Option to work from home with monthly visits to the office based on Paulton.
