Location: Enfield
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Booking patients transport via phone by following the appropriate eligibility criteria
- Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective verbal communication
- To ensure all bookings have been created correctly and make adjustments when necessary
- To call patients prior to their appointments to ensure the bookings are correct

- Previous experience in call handling
- Excellent customer services
- Attention to detail
- Good IT skills.ie. excel/word/outlook
