Halliwell Jones (Warrington) is looking for a Contact Centre Agent.
Your role
The position is located at our Warrington Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Showrooms, Aftersales and Bodyshop.
Your responsibilities:
- To deal with on a daily basis all inbound service calls for the group’s service centres in relation to service booking and other service-related items.
- To make outbound calls in relation to promotions, seasonal campaigns, service follow-up work and other service-related items.
- To maximise the revenue of the Group service departments through the upsell of products and services as well as the handling of customer objections.
Your profile
- Previous experience in a similar role working for a prestige brand.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable and focused.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven track record in telesales.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Experience communicating with Senior Management.
- Technician Background (Desirable but not essential).
- Service Advisor Background (Desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work weekends.
