Job description
This role is responsible for delivering an excellent customer service in accordance with agreed policies and procedures, providing resolution at first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls, emails and webchat requests from existing customers and other external stakeholders and providing support to the broader Customer Insight function as required through making outbound calls and data recording and collection.
This part time role consists of a two week shift pattern. Each week will consist of two full day shifts and one half day shift. The shifts will be between Monday to Saturday and is dependent on the needs of the business. There will be one Saturday shift within the two week shift pattern.
The below is an example of a week with a Saturday shift and also a week working between Monday to Friday. Each week will consist of two full day shifts and one half day shift and these will be between Monday and Saturday and will be dependent on the needs of the business.

Our opening hours are 8:00am – 8:00pm, Monday to Friday and 9:30am – 1:30pm on a Saturday. This role would include working up until 8:00pm in the evening and some Saturdays.
The shifts are released via an app six weeks in advance.
