Job description
- Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all customer contact points, offering a seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat and social media
- Act as a country specialist for your market to advise on current trends and local knowledge
- Collaborate closely with Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfilment
- Use and analyse all consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements to improve the consumer experience
- Get involved with consumer experience projects with the wider business
- Promote ‘One team’ spirit by demonstrating meaningful teamwork and supporting your colleagues
- An adaptable individual and a team player
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator with stakeholders across the business
- A self-starter who brings passion, enthusiasm focus to their work
- A proactive problem solver
- You have a keen eye for detail
- Capable to resolve queries over the phone, e-mail, online chat
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a plus
- An interest in the fashion/apparel industry and our brands
- A customer centric mindset
- Written and oral fluency in German and English is essential for this role
- 27 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays & some time away from work – on top of generous holiday allowance, we can generally take advantage of half day Fridays providing our work is finished for the week.
