  • Developing UK practice capabilities, ensuring business growth and strategic development, through to go-to-market propositions for new and existing clients. Partnering successfully with colleagues across the firm to drive sales efforts end to end, in both business and technology consulting.
  • Fostering the development of our talented team of people, helping them to grow, develop and achieve their career aspirations.
  • With support of wider leadership, build and shape the CGR practice, enabling growth through networks and recruitment and subsequently leading as a role model to other team members, driving a high-performance, team-centric and success-oriented culture.

Professional Experience / Skills

  • Excellent industry knowledge and a thought leader in the CGR space, with expertise in either Customer Experience, Buying, Merchandising, Commercial or Store Operations
  • Strong proposition building, delivery management, business development, project management and team building capabilities.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing a practice area within a management consultancy or a strategic industry expert, with a focus on Retail and/or Consumer Goods.
  • A track record of establishing, developing and growing client relationships in the UK and building a sustainable client portfolio.
  • An established personal network which could be leveraged to generate new clients and drive growth within the CGR practice.
  • Highly structured and organised, passionate, self-starting, proactive and entrepreneurial, someone who is comfortable setting the strategy and direction with a high degree of determination, energy and drive.
  • Experience of building and shaping a team through demonstrable practice building and followership. Investing in our people is key to our success, and you'll play an important role in ensuring our employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.

If you think you may not have all the skills and experience we’re looking for, why not take a chance and apply anyway. We're here to help you grow and develop your skills and experience.
