ABOUT US
We're Interactive Workshops (IW), an agile, award-winning agency providing learning innovation to ignite and equip some of the world’s most famous companies. Our clients get faster, brighter, closer and create stronger teams, leaders, individuals and organisations. We’re normal people, brilliant at what we do... and humble (ish).
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our growing London team is looking for a learning and development Graduate consultant with bags of energy, creativity as standard, a relational spirit and a sharp approach. We call ourselves 'Producers'. More than a consultant, Producers pull all the strings from selling the next L&D project, to designing an innovative programme, to jumping on a flight and delivering it. Interactive Workshops is a fast-paced creative agency so you will often be involved in multiple clients, design and delivery projects simultaneously. The Graduate Producer we’re looking for has a high level of interest across four key areas: Learning Design, Account Management, Facilitation and Sales.

The right candidate will be sharp, energetic and intriguing. They'll like the idea of selling big projects and then figuring out how to fulfil what they've promised. They have all of the normal skills that you would expect to need in a job and are so smart they don't need them listed here. Not only that, but they have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and can light up a room with energy and presence. In this role the successful candidates will from day one-get access directly to project work, client calls and meetings, virtual and face-to-face workshops, and learn how to do the job by doing the job. (No graduates stuck making coffee here...) If they push themselves forward like some of our previous graduates...they could find themselves with a full consultant role (and package) within 18 months...The role would be ideal for a recent graduate with a Business, Psychology, Philosophy orLanguages degree (or similar). Whilst we don't believe in "managers", successful candidates will get all the support they need to smash it.
