The Role

The primary focus of this role is to provide consulting support to the consulting team, working across varied client accounts and helping ensure exceptional client outcomes. You will work within the consulting team who are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term valuable stakeholder relationships by identifying and responding to our client's challenges. The role will require cross-team collaboration to solve these challenges working with expert resources from across the Good Growth team and our partners to drive maximum value for our clients and our business.

  • Work alongside a Consultant Director to build the commercial strategy for each allocated client and ensure its execution to the highest possible standard
  • Operate as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships and managing all project stakeholders efficiently and effectively
  • Establish and maintain a thorough understanding of each client’s business
  • Manage activity for each allocated client in line with agreed objectives, ensuring all outputs are delivered on time and to the highest possible standards
  • Ensure that the delivery of services address customer objectives whilst seeking out opportunities to create added value
  • The creation of engaging and impactful engagements with client teams at every stage – from final pitch to kick-off, workshops, insight, strategy and test and learn sessions and quarterly business reviews.
  • Communicate and engage with our client stakeholders in a highly effective and engaging manner
  • Identify, manage and report on client delivery risks and escalate where required in line with the Client Success Team processes

Collaborate with the Insight & Analytics team to ensure the best possible client outcomes and returns, whilst ensuring maximum value for our business, and support the continuous improvement of new products and processes

What Will Make You Stand Out?

The role would suit someone with a minimum of five years experience working in ecommerce or digital marketing. Essential qualities for a successful candidate are;

Candidates need to be able to attend meetings in person in Exeter, London and Reading regularly (approximately once per week) as well as meetings at locations determined by our clients as required.
